ABOUT
Katherine’s Bureau is a filmmaking practice led by Katherine Samarzia, focused on creating cinematic films for brands, creatives, professionals and businesses.
My films are informed by architecture, interior design and visual composition, shaped by a sensitivity to space, aesthetics and atmosphere. With foundations in music, I also approach film with attention to sound and tonal nuance.
The work moves between the theatrical and the restrained. Films that prioritise narrative through visual language - where production design, light and colour carry meaning. Films that move beyond convention. Whether for architects, designers and musicians, or for product and corporate work, my films are not bound to a single field. Each project is approached as its own world.
The aim is simple - to make work that resists the expected.
